After five qualifying events across two Beach Wrestling World Series seasons, a list of qualified athletes and NOCs has been issued by United World Wrestling. The below list will remain provisional upon final confirmation from each NOC.

As of today, athletes from 29 countries and four continents will participate in the second ANOC World Beach Games in Bali on August 10 and 11. The top eight in each weight class among the 40 men and 40 women qualified through five Beach Wrestling World Series tournaments.

From the two remaining places, one was awarded to the host country and the other one to the invitation quota. The host country place would remain only if they had participated in at least one qualifying event. Otherwise, this quota was reallocated to the next best ranked NOC (not already qualified) in the concerned weight category. For the invitation places, criteria was put in place. These criteria included an official application from the NOC for an invitation place, sporting standard and no other qualified athletes.
